Was pleasantly astonished by this ramen joint. I came in with hesitation mainly because their insta is stuffed with wypipo but boy was I so Completely wrong! Their broth and noodles were awesome! Entirely pulled off All those regionally sourced elements & shipped a delicious bowl of ramen that felt nutritious but will also tasted like it would clog
